Last night we hosted The Hubs Toastmaster club’s annual auction. Under normal circumstances I (being horribly shy) would have indulged in a drink or two and mingled with everyone and chattered on like the lunatic that I am. But I am preggo and so…no drinky poo for me. So I drank my juice and sloshed around the crowd feeling oh so tired and frazzled by our 3 pups that were acting like an overstimulated toddler on a sugar high. The Hubs grilled up some yummy brats and chicken for everyone and we all enjoyed the delicious pot luck buffet before getting to the nitty gritty of the auction.
Thankfully nobody brought anything Star Wars related or The Hubs would have abused all of his auctioneer power…
